"Aoi no Homare" 葵の誉 is the name of this Imperial Ceremonial Grade matcha (30g) that is the highest grade Usucha from AOI Seicha 御薄茶. It is very low in bitterness and has a balanced harmony that is rich with umami, sweetness, and pleasant aroma. We recommend this as a higher quality matcha for Usucha traditional tea ceremony or those tea connoisseurs drinking matcha only with water. Since this Usucha matcha utilizes a very high ratio of varieties of tea leaves, it can also be used to make a Koicha.
